RIVERWIND is a community for people aged 55 and older. It is self-governed through adopted Restrictive Covenants, Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations.

The Riverwind Homeowners Association holds meetings in the Main Clubhouse on a quarterly basis. Copies of the Association documents are available by contacting a board member or by viewing them on the website: www.riverwindnc.com
